Rev. Dr. Greg Rogers
Interim Senior Pastor
Rev. Dr. Greg Rogers retired on January 31, 2022, from Oakmont Baptist Church in Greenville, North Carolina, following 38 years on the church staff, having served 35 years as the church’s third senior pastor. A native of Raleigh, Greg earned a B.A. degree in philosophy and religion from N.C. State University, and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in local community and denominational leadership roles with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina (CBFNC).
Dr. Rogers served from September 2022 through December 2023 as the Interim Senior Pastor and transition coach for Wake Forest Baptist Church. He is honored to return to this role again, beginning May 11, 2026. In his leisure time, he enjoys tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking, and reading. Greg and his wife Leslie, a retired assistant vice-president for student services at Pitt Community College in Greenville, have been married for 48 years. Both their son Philip and daughter Lauren are married, and they are blessed to enjoy five grandchildren.
Mr. Adam Fitzgerald
Minister to Youth & Families
Adam Fitzgerald joined the Wake Forest Baptist Church Staff in 2024, and previously served as Interim Youth Minister in 2016-2017. Adam has spent much of his professional career in corporate business leadership roles, but has also been involved in various youth ministry leadership roles for the last 15 years. Adam is passionate about creating a space where youth feel an innate sense of acceptance as a child of God and a space where youth feel empowered and called to live out their faith in an authentic way that will make a difference in the world. Adam is excited to walk beside students and their families as they explore and grow in their faith, discover their gifts, and who God is calling them to be.
Rev. Emily Patton McLamb
Pastor to Children & Families
Emily Patton McLamb joined the Wake Forest Baptist Church Staff in 2023 as the Interim Minister to Children and Families. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Elementary Education, and then received her Masters of Divinity from Campbell University Divinity School. Emily is passionate about creating a warm and comforting space where people of all ages can deepen their understanding of God’s unwavering and unconditional love and share it with the world.
LYNNETTE BEADLE
Ministry Assistant to Children, Youth, and Missions
Lynnette Beadle joined the WFBC staff in 2022. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Communications, and has a background in meeting and event planning. She provides administrative support for our Children’s, Youth, and Missions ministries. Lynnette is married to Bob and they have 2 teenage daughters, Sophie and Anna. She and her family are active members of WFBC.
Rev. Dr. Diana Greene
Interim Minister of Music & Worship
Dr. Greene brings more than 30 years of faithful ministry experience in worship arts, discipleship, and church leadership. She is deeply grounded in her faith and passionate about helping congregations encounter God through dynamic, collaborative worship. She holds both a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry in Church Music from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary here in Wake Forest, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology from Campbell University. She was ordained at Four Oaks Baptist Church in 1995.
Robin Chambers
Office Manager
Robin Chambers joined the Wake Forest Baptist staff in 2023. She comes to us with years of experience in office management and administrative work. She is responsible for overseeing the office as well as assisting the staff, ministers and members. Robin is married to Chris and they have two sons, Nicholas and William.

Linda Lang has been at Wake Forest Baptist Church since 1999, serving as our Financial Secretary. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting and later became a licensed CPA. Linda is married to Dean and they have two daughters, Chloe and Jessica.
Rodney Davis
Head Custodian
Rodney Davis, a native of Wake Forest, serves as our head custodian along with his staff. Rodney is married to Phyllis and they have three children, Rodney, Jr., Lisa, and Billy. He and Phyllis also have three grandchildren.

Kennie Schwier
WEE Preschool Director
Kennie Schwier is the Director for the WEE Preschool after previously serving as a teacher assistant and Assistant Director. She is a native of Wake Forest and graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Communications. Kennie is married to Dave and they have two sons, Jacob and Brady.
Heather Clarke
WEE Preschool Assistant Director
Heather Clarke is the Assistant Director for the WEE Preschool. She has been a teacher assistant at the school for several years and both her girls attended preschool here. Heather graduated from Denison University with a major in French. Heather is married to Louis and they have two girls, Hannah and Clara.
